Join us for our second season of Alma Del Core: A Community Concert Series based in Roanoke, VA.

On our fourth and final concert of the season, Alma Ensemble is thrilled to present saxophonists Kyle Hutchins and Sheldon Johnson as guest soloists and clinicians!

This concert will feature the world premiere of 'downcast eyes' - a new work for clarinet and electronics by Kyle Hutchins, performed by Michelle Smith Johnson. This work was made possible by The Roanoke Arts Commission!

Join us for a reception following the concert to celebrate the completion of our second season and the approval of our upcoming THIRD season!

Lastly, we are partnering with 'We Are All of The Above' - and organization that promotes diversity and inclusion through community service! Come learn more about their organization! We just adore them! :)

Concerts are held at Community High School of Arts and Academics - 302 Campbell Ave SE; Roanoke, VA 24013.

This event is free and open to the public; donations are accepted at the door and help support Alma Ensemble’s mission to champion great music by women.
